The Chelsea Collaborative is the only youth job placement hub in the City of Chelsea, with around 200 youth each year gaining critical early work experience through the Collaborative and our 40+ local worksite partners. We maintain deep collaborations with the City of Chelsea and the community trusts and depends on us to continue this work. The Collaborative has successfully connected more than 3,000 young people in Chelsea to early work experiences since the summer of 2002, with demonstrated success engaging youth in positive summer activities, building youth work readiness, and exposing young people to potential career pathways and mentors.
